Handcrafted from steel and copper, this wall-mounted taxidermy sculpture blends raw industrial design with organic form. The piece depicts a stylized deer skull, featuring rebar antlers and layered copper inlays that contrast against dark, heat-treated steel. Every weld and contour is intentional—left visible to emphasize the handcrafted process and the fusion of art and metallurgy.
 
Each section was shaped, welded, and torch-finished in the Colonial Metalworks studio. The copper inserts have been burnished and heat-colored to accentuate the rugged patina. The rebar antlers are solidly constructed and mounted for wall display.
