This one’s a little strange, in the best way.
“Medusa Flower” started as a doll head and turned into something else entirely. Copper tubing grows out of it like living stems, twisting and bending however you want them to. Nothing is fixed.
You can shape it, reshape it, and make it your own every time you touch it.
It’s built from raw copper and aluminum, no coatings, no fake finishes. What you’re seeing is real metal doing what real metal does. It’ll darken, shift, and pick up character over time. If you want it bright again, hit it with a polish. If not, let it age and do its thing.
It sits somewhere between sculpture and experiment. A little unsettling, a little organic, a little industrial. And that's the magic in Jeff Behary's creations.
Details:
- Approx. 17” tall x 12” wide (varies depending how you shape it)
- Copper tubing (fully adjustable)
- Aluminum base
- Hand built, no two will ever land the same
This isn’t a replica piece or something mass-produced. It’s a one-off that keeps changing depending on how you interact with it. Put it somewhere it can be noticed. It’ll do the rest.
