This isn’t cast, stamped, or outsourced. It’s cut from solid aluminum and machined with intent. The intent was not a business card holder but we don't throw anything away. These parts were remnants from another project. Once again the scrap bin comes to life. 
 
Every surface shows the process, clean tool paths, sharp transitions, and raw geometry that doesn’t try to hide how it was made. The angled slot presents cards clearly while the weighted base keeps everything planted and stable.
 
Aluminum keeps it light enough to move, but still substantial in hand. It won’t rust, it won’t flake, and it ages clean. 
 
This is a functional object that still carries presence, built for desks, counters, booths, or anywhere first impressions matter.
