This steel sconce doesn’t pretend to be industrial, it is. Built from solid square tubing and wrapped in heavy steel chain, every part of it is real material with real weight. Nothing decorative, nothing fake. Just steel, heat, and weld.
 
The chain is permanently set and welded in place, giving the piece a restrained, almost bound look. The angled cut at the base exposes the bulb while keeping it partially shielded, throwing a controlled, warm light. It works as lighting, but it reads like sculpture.
 
The finish is a natural patina created through heat and exposure, not paint, not coatings. That means variation is part of the piece. No two will match exactly, and that’s the point.
 
Wiring is routed cleanly through the backplate so the fixture can tie into an existing wall light location. This is a heavy unit and must be mounted directly into structural material, not just a standard junction box. Mounting hardware is included, but final install depends on your wall type.
Standard configuration is hardwired with extended leads. A plug with inline switch is available as an option, but the cord will remain visible, consistent with the raw aesthetic shown.
