Somewhere between industrial scrap metal art, backyard chaos, and a tiki guardian that escaped from another dimension… this thing happened.
 
Handmade from a reclaimed stainless steel keg and custom fabricated aluminum piping, this fire-breathing tiki sculpture was built entirely by hand at Colonial Metalworks. The design features a menacing torch cut face, oversized grin, custom bent limbs, and a matching torch staff companion piece.
 
At night, the integrated flame effect transforms the sculpture into a full-blown fire creature. During the day, it stands as an industrial art piece that looks equally at home in a tiki bar, outdoor lounge, patio, brewery, or weird friend’s backyard.
 
Built from lightweight aluminum materials to resist rust and survive outdoor environments far better than traditional steel sculptures.
 
• Tig welded aluminum piping frame with detailed legs, arms, and accessories
• Flames: Propane-fed. Has a 3/8" NPT flare fitting integrated for easy hookup to propane. I provide additional information for hookup, options, using, etc

• The heads and weapons are bolted on which allows for easy disassembly for storage, transporting, etc.
 
Visible rust is an added element of aesthetics. We use grinders "contaminated" with steel which causes the scratches to later rust...giving our Tiki guys a very cool look. The stainless steel will tarnish, discolor from heat, blacken when under oxygenated flames hit it. But it all comes off and can go back to a high luster shine should one want to put the elbow grease effort into it.
