This leaning post rocking chair brings boat-style seating onto the porch, patio, dock, or coastal outdoor space.
 
Built as part of the Colonial Metalworks Dockside Collection, this piece is inspired by marine leaning posts, helm seating, T-tops, and offshore boat construction. The frame is built from aluminum tubing, TIG welded by hand, and finished with a durable gray metallic powder-coated finish. The seat and back cushions use marine-style upholstered padding for comfortable everyday use.
 
The rocking base gives it a smooth, relaxed motion while keeping the structure solid and practical. It works as a functional furniture piece, but it still carries the handmade character of custom marine fabrication.
