The New Era of Colonial Metalworks
Colonial Metalworks has officially relocated from 500 Farmers Market Rd #1. This move was planned and intentional, built to support where we’re going next.
We are still very much in business. What’s changed is the direction.
We are no longer offering general welding or fabrication services. Colonial Metalworks is no longer a job shop.
Our focus is now on designing and producing original metalwork—functional pieces, art, and limited creations built on our terms. You can purchase our work through our website and Etsy, with new inventory being added regularly.
Our new shop is private and not open to the public. This is by design. It allows us to stay focused and produce at a higher level without interruption.
Current Availability
We are still working through a major transition. The move has taken months, and we are actively catching up on a backlog of work and operations.
Communication is limited but active
Shipping and order fulfillment are continuing to improve daily
Custom work is currently closed
We may consider exceptionally unique projects, but we are not taking on standard requests.
Communication
We do not answer unscheduled phone calls. This is a firm boundary.
All communication is handled through written channels so it stays clear, documented, and efficient. We understand this approach doesn’t work for everyone, and that’s fine—but it’s how we operate.
Customer service still matters. Response times may be delayed, but messages are reviewed and answered as we work through this transition.
This is a shift toward something more focused, more intentional, and built for long-term growth.
We appreciate the patience and continued support.
